Technology project manager and business analyst with experience in the full project lifecycle of complex systems integration projects.
I have worked on numerous projects throughout the project lifecycle primarily in project management and business analyst roles. In addition, I have experience in business case development, environment and release management, resourcing strategy, and testing. These roles have been most latterly in the public sector, but prior to this I worked in the retail, financial services, and travel and transport sectors.
My most recent role was as a Resource Strategy Lead for a strategic public sector account. I was responsible for strategic and tactical resourcing to grow headcount, 3rd party account relationships with suppliers, internal and external recruitment, BAU project resourcing, internal account marketing, and client on-boarding.
Prior to this I was a project manager for the business case development team which analysed, designed and implemented the IBM Services Centre in Leicester. For this I managed a successful negotiation for a Government grant to support start-up, presented and conducted interviews with account directors to identify and refine demand opportunities, and created demand models to input into the pricing case.
In my spare time I enjoy playing amateur rugby as a flanker, coaching pre-school rugby, outdoor pursuits with my family, and fitting in an annual skiing trip.
Before I joined DMW, I worked for IBM for 10 years in their Application Innovation Services Unit within the Global Business Services division.
