I made the decision to join DMW in 2012 after 16 years of working for both large and small consultancies.
The professionalism and integrity that DMW represents was a key factor that attracted me to the firm, along with the unquestionable commitment to genuinely giving clients the best possible advice and support.
My role at DMW gives me a great opportunity to combine my experience of front line consulting and talent management as I am responsible for our Associate Resources. I work closely with the Leadership Team and Board to ensure that we have the right resources in place to support our forthcoming pipeline of work. My role contains elements of longer term strategic alignment (ensuring our resource pool and the way we manage our Associate model remains in keeping with the future plans of the business) as well as shorter term more tactical decision making about who should be placed on which jobs.
DMW has an exceptional pool of highly skilled Associates providing specialist skills helping DMW to deliver the best possible result for the client. It’s my job to ensure that we continue to manage and grow our Associate network in line with the growth of our overall business.
I work part-time as I have two young children who also need a bit of help to grow!
I started my consulting days when I worked for Accenture as both a Technology and a Process Consultant - working mainly in Utilities and Financial Services on large systems implementations projects. After 6 years I moved on and focused on Talent Management working for the specialist consulting firm Assessment & Development Consultants (A&DC) where I held a range of Consulting and Business Development roles.
