My role immediately before joining DMW was leading a Regulatory Technology Programme for Hitachi Consulting at a global bank.
I've worked mostly with Financial services clients in the past 5 years but have a wide experience of industry sectors including Retail, Telecoms and Public Sector.
I enjoy picking up delivery of programmes that have hit difficulties and steering them back on track. I always look for creative ways to do things better and aim to deliver additional value for my clients at all times.
I work with senior stakeholders within both the business and IT organisations to design and deliver a strategic approach to support their short term and long-term goals.

I managed the design and delivery of a central Regulatory Reporting solution (against extremely tight regulator-imposed deadlines) for a global bank that enabled multiple regulations to be fed from the same data platform, significantly reducing manual effort and redundancy within existing process.
I also delivered a turnaround of a global technology transformation programme for a retailer, with 500 sites spread across 50+ countries, I was able to identify and resolve multiple challenges and ensure delivery was steered back on track.
I managed the end to end scoping, design and delivery of a big data solution for an NHS organisation that helped practitioners access mores accurate data on a timely basis positively impacting patient experience.
