I am a project and programme manager with over 13 years of consulting experience built from delivering projects to major energy, utilities and financial services organisations.
I have in-depth understanding of solution architecture and IT project delivery. My goal is to combine knowledge of IT best practice and real-world pragmatism to enable a successful client delivery.
Most recently I have been helping a client implement a significant BPO due diligence and transition between two providers for their global Finance and Accounting functions. As overall IT technical solution lead, I am responsible for IT design and architect assurance and ensuring the providers “do the right thing”.
With two young children, I have a very busy home life but when I get time, I enjoy medium distance running and the occasionally challenging round of golf!
Prior to joining DMW as a Managing Consultant in 2009, I graduated from The University of Bristol with a 1st class degree in Computer Systems Engineering. I was part of the Systems Integration and Technology practice at Accenture implementing large-scale systems delivery, custom and package build and change projects. Some examples of challenging projects delivered are: an electronic payments solution, a commodities trading system data migration and a cross-business investor services platform. I’m experienced in the whole project lifecycle while specialising in solution definition and advising clients on the most appropriate delivery methods. I’m comfortable operating in complex client environments and managing both third party suppliers and remote teams.
