I am a project and programme manager with cross sector and digital delivery experience.
My client experience has involved working directly both with the business and IT on a variety of technology transformations. These have ranged in scale from major programme implementations to shorter consulting assignments. At the larger end of the scale, I’ve held challenging Programme Manager roles with budgets of over $50M, and the setup and leading of distributed offshore delivery teams of over 200 people. At the smaller end of the scale, assignments have included project turnaround and assurance, solution selection, development of IT strategy, and running digital proof of concepts sprints.
If I were to pick a specialism, it really is seeing things “end-to-end”, with deep experience of the e2e technology delivery (including strategy, design, build, test, change, training, deployment and service introduction), combined with a relentless focus achieving business value.
Outside of work I enjoy running, golf, and travelling the world.
I joined DMW as a Senior Manager from Accenture, where over the course of twelve years I worked internationally across a variety of client projects and industry sectors, including retail, oil and gas, and trading. In addition to project work, highlights included acting as a Global Product manager developing a suite of digital CRM service propositions, and acting as the UKI graduate lead, responsible for people engagement and initiatives, training, and professional development.
I graduated from the University of Leeds in 2004, with a First Class Honours degree in Geography (BA).
