I am a technical project manager with over 13 years’ experience across both private and public sector clients.
I joined DMW in 2010 after 11 years at PA Consulting, whom I joined after graduating from Southampton University with a Computer Science degree.
Most recently, I have been working in the public sector, delivering a business critical application that will need to be rolled out to over 400 users, spread across 6 different sites in the UK. The solution is essential to replacing an end of life application and will position the organisation for more effective and efficient working in a rapidly changing operational landscape. I enjoy the buzz of implementing quality IT solutions that deliver real business benefits for the long term. Essential to this are the technical and project management skills and lessons I’ve learnt along the way, which I use to reduce risk and boost delivery successes.
When not at the office, my wife and I enjoy outdoor activities, especially water sports (weather permitting), although my young son and daughter see that I also spend a healthy proportion of my time trying to keep up with them on their scooters!
In my early career, I gained first-hand experience across the full IT project delivery lifecycle and worked with client teams, third party suppliers and off-shore resources to deliver IT solutions. I now use this experience in managing and delivering technically complex and challenging projects for DMW clients.
