I joined DMW group in Sept 2013, and have 15 years of experience of delivery and programme management of IT based transformational change programmes across the end to end lifecycle.
I have gained extensive experience of running large scale, multi million pound, complex delivery programmes, managing disparate groups of business and technical stakeholders and frequently managing geographically dispersed delivery functions. I am experienced in being able to articulate complex technical concepts in an appropriate way to help assess business impacts, and also experienced in representing the business interests within the technical community, with an ability to quickly understand commercial and customer impacts.
Outside work I enjoy spending time with my wife and two young children. I also like to find time for cycling, swimming, occasional triathlons, sailing and photography. I have recently taken up open water swimming, and competed in this year’s Great Scottish Swim, in Loch Lomond, where I achieved a very respectable beginner’s time and finish position.
Following a degree in Engineering and Computing Science at Oxford University, I joined Accenture (then Andersen Consulting), where I spent 13 years working across multiple client sectors including Telecoms, Utilities and Media and Entertainment. In 2011, I joined BT where I led the IT organisation responsible for their White Label Managed Services business.
