I’m an experienced transformation director with 20 years’ experience in consulting, during which I’ve led a diverse array of strategic and complex business and technology change programmes.
Most recently I’ve been helping clients transform their operating models through the production of a future vision, target operating model and future ways of working alongside the required enabling target state architecture.
My teams deploy a unique approach to transformation, that puts intelligence at the heart of our client’s businesses and recommends an intelligence-led approach. In so doing, we lead from our clients’ desired outcomes, what they need to achieve, not just what they do. In turn, this creates prioritised, risk-assessed and value-based demand and a more cohesive transformation roadmap.
I’m a versatile consultant, able to define new business operating models, processes and skills development programmes for staff, as well as future technology strategy and configuring change programmes in order to deliver these benefits. I have a passion for transforming the way that financial institutions manage risk, and expertise in leading the transformation of surveillance, analysis and investigative activity and in running data exploitation and complex analytics programmes.
Outside of work I enjoy travel and dedicating time to family life and the varied joy and challenges that this brings!
