I joined DMW in 2017 after several years working with Capita Transformation helping to grow their Digital and Technology practice. Prior to consulting I spent some time working in International Development and in Technology Compliance. I studied Sports and Exercise Science at Aberystwyth University following a stint studying Economics.
Outside of work I enjoy a wide range of sports and generally pushing my body to its limit. I enjoy the outdoors and attempt to escape the city when possible, often trying to make the Alps my home and immersing myself within London culture and all it’s delights.
I typically enjoy taking the management of large projects and programmes and getting to grips with the technical solution architecture elements. Driving these projects and programmes forward with a broad, unbiased view on delivery methodologies and controls ,enables me to balance the best fit for the client and the culture.
I have a real passion for meeting new people and learning about new environments, having both business transformation and technical experience is invaluable to be able to immerse myself within the inner mechanics of what makes our clients successful. Like many of my colleagues at DMW, I not only enjoy the intellectual challenge of the client roles but I also the human side, I have had the pleasure of making some of my closest friends at clients (stressful deliveries test these relationships to their extremes.)
I have had many opportunities during my time at DMW, working with a client to develop a new sales channel through a mobile application and platform has to be one of them. Taking an idea from whiteboard to reality within 6 months, working with a multi lingual team from multiple suppliers and seeing the benefits realise, is a huge motivation.
I am proud to be a part of DMW’s culture and will always be a champion of any emergent sport and interest groups. Learning about my colleagues passions and sharing my own, really makes DMW a fantastic place to work and call home.
