I have most recently been engaged at a leading global bank helping them to adopt intelligence-led investigative analysis principles to transform their Surveillance function into a sustainable and world class capability. My primary focus has been on Target Operating Model design, in particular looking at People and Capability Management, Organisational Design, Location Strategy, and deploying Investigative Tradecraft to detect and deter market abuse. Working within a multi-skilled DMW team, we also brought Cloud, Big Data, and Digital Transformation expertise to help accelerate their BAU and transformation deliveries.
My background combines technical project management, particularly around data exploitation, systems integration and complex migration, with business transformation. I focus on clients in public and financial services sectors that have an investigative or analytical remit, though I have a broad range of experience across all sectors.
