I joined DMW in June 2019 after 6 years at Accenture. During this time, I was a Technology Delivery Consultant at Accenture Digital working across several industries.
I have strong experienced in Project Management and Programme Management working across the full project lifecycle. I have experience in managing senior stakeholders and third-party vendors across business and IT and communicated projects progress, risks and blockers.
Prior to Accenture I studied a Master’s in Engineering with management from Imperial College London, where we covered a broad range of subjects involving problem solving and analytical skills.
I like to take a pragmatic approach to solving client problems and enjoy getting involved in the detail to test ideas and prove solutions. This allows me to demonstrate early progress and value to the client.
My experience in data analytics and business transformation helps me to be successful in solving the problems of my clients. I like to understand client challenges and give them a very tailored advice to their challenges.
I was a scrum master for delivery of iOS and Android mobile apps allowing residential and business customers to manage their account and see their usage and pay for their bill. I managed a multi-disciplinary team comprising of user experience specialists, visual designers, developers, scrum Master, Testers, Business Analyst and Project Managers to deliver this mobile app. I engaged with multiple onshore and offshore stakeholders (legal, supply chain, brand, transformation, customer services) within a complex project. The mobile app helped customers manage their account on the go and has led to huge cost savings for call centre as account can be managed by the customer.
