I joined DMW Group in 2018, following two years in the Cloud practice of a large technology consultancy, where I helped some of the world’s largest banks deal with their hardest public and private Cloud challenges. Prior to that, I worked at the Lehman Brothers Administration, leading the Infrastructure operations, designing the infrastructure and running major transformational programs.
I’ve previously run trading floor support teams and have spent much of my career in high pressure banking environments, building and managing high performance teams. I’ve also managed the IT in offices across Europe.
I bring clarity of purpose, joined-up thinking and a one-team attitude to all my client engagements.
I work across the organisation to ensure that a clear strategy is defined and communicated and that the right teams are formed, given what they need to deliver, and work with them to ensure that they will deliver a plan with true business value.
I firmly believe in integrity and honesty, and do not shy away from the hard challenges. I’m a pragmatic problem solver, am comfortable in traditional program structures as well as Agile/SAFE, bringing technical expertise across Cloud and Infrastructure.
I’ve helped one of the world’s largest banks define their private Cloud strategy, and then programme managed the delivery, involving five vendors, ensuring the programme was delivered on time and on budget.
I helped another leading bank with their public Cloud, enabling them to move forward with their ambitions with a clear strategic vision and a data-driven enablement framework.
I spent 6 years solving some major problems in the most complex administration in history, designing and running infrastructure meeting stringent legal and compliance requirements.
Working with a major oil and gas firm, I delivered Cloud-native solutions to protect and migrate data.
