I am an experienced IT project manager across the full project delivery lifecycle; with a background in large-scale system design, testing and implementation delivery roles. This also encompasses my experience in managing large mixed client and consultant teams (onshore and offshore) across a number of finance and government programmes.
I have recently joined the DMW Group as a Managing Consultant. Previously, my last assignment with Accenture, was as a technical architecture manager; working with our client to agree technical architecture solutions, alongside programme management functions of delivery planning, project estimation, progress tracking / status reporting, risk and issue management, and general team leadership.
I have a broad range of experience on large-scale systems implementation projects, including projects such as; Case Management System application development, CRM solutions for contact centres, a customer account migration programme, customer-facing online form submissions, and benefits transformation programmes. My roles on these projects have varied from requirements analysis and detailed functional application design, to functional application testing and technical assembly testing, planning and managing teams in a number of these areas.
I graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Geography, and then from the University of London (Birkbeck College) with a Masters in Literature, and I am also certified in PRINCE2 and ITIL . Outside of work I enjoy jogging (I am now training for my 4th marathon), sailing and travelling.
I joined DMW in 2014 after over 6 years with Accenture in its Technology Consulting practice.
