I have experience delivering multiple complex technology deployments ensuring both the IT is delivered on time and that the business users know how to fully exploit the technology.
My most recent project was rolling out the Adobe Marketing Cloud across multiple countries for one of the world’s largest Consumer Packaged Goods companies.
I have also managed a rollout of Salesforce Service Cloud to 40+ countries in over 20 languages and delivered a digital asset management and enterprise work management solution for a luxury British fashion retailer.
My expertise lies in helping large technology transformation programmes achieve their goals by focussing firstly on what the customer needs then what the users need and then on delivering excellent technology. I pride myself on being able to understand commercial business levers as well as complex technical architectures and solutions.
Prior to DMW I was at Capgemini Consulting for 3 and a half years doing a variety of technical deployment projects. I started my career on the BT technical graduate scheme where I helped launch BT Sport. I studied at Bristol University and achieved a Masters of Computer Systems Engineering.
