Background 

I am a Managing Consultant in the Energy and Commercial Sector at DMW. I have a depth of experience in shaping programmes: creating business cases; scoping activities and delivery planning. 

I joined DMW in 2018 following 5 years at Accenture, specialising in Energy and Utilities. My roles have predominantly been in programme management and IT strategy.  Most of all I enjoy understanding both the technical solution and the business value. This blend of knowledge has proven to be successful in driving key decisions and managing stakeholders.

Outside of work I am a sports enthusiast – whether watching or playing. Tennis is my long-standing favourite sport. I also like to travel; whether that’s exploring a new country or returning to Austria for some skiing.

Skillset 

I am a Managing Consultant with broad industry knowledge having worked in public sector, financial services and energy. My roles have spanned across the full project lifecycle: from strategy development including solution and target operating design to Programme Management on both agile and waterfall delivery programmes.  

My blend of technical and industry knowledge coupled with a strong commitment to meeting aggressive project timescales, has proved extremely successful. I enjoy shaping a programme to meet a client’s objectives through to delivering that programme and witnessing the business value come to life. 

Career Highlights 

A global energy company initiated a Cloud Migration Programme to drive a cloud first approach to hosting and to exit their existing data centres. It is one of the largest of its kind and I acted as Programme Manager. The team have migrated over 1800 applications to Azure and AWS platforms. After introducing a new operating model and an agile way of working, I led the day-to-day delivery of the programme. 

The programme is on track to complete on time and under budget. I helped drive this success through integrated governance and reporting and driving strategic decisions at CIO level.
