I joined DMW in February 2014 from HCL Technologies where I was a Technical Consultant.
Recently, I have been working with a global telecoms client. The initial engagement was a complex IT outsourcing programme to standardise and simplify the organisation’s IT services, thereby reducing costs and raising levels of service. The work involved a detailed assessment of sourcing providers to ensure both the best technical solution and the best contractual arrangements for the client. I then continued into the delivery phase, to transition and transform all of the client’s connectivity services. The success of this engagement led me to help the client with a further programme of work.
I graduated from Huddersfield University in 1997 having studied Business Information Technology. I’m also ITIL qualified. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children. When time allows I play golf (badly) and attempt to keep trim by riding both mountain and road bikes.
I have worked in senior operational IT roles for a number of medium and large sized organisations. I have 15 years’ experience in solutions architecture, infrastructure and network support and technical project delivery, with a specific focus on transforming IT environments for business and commercial benefit.
