I am currently working for a global telecommunications manufacturer. After helping them to define a new outsourced mode of operations, I am now leading the transition efforts of the IT outsourcing programme.
This is helping them to shift IT operations from a mainly internal delivery model to a new, streamline outsourced one and includes the introduction of new technologies and processes across many aspects of the IT landscape.
I graduated from University College Dublin with an Honours Degree in Commerce followed by a Masters of Business Studies specialising in Management Information Systems.
Outside of work my two young daughters occupy my waking minutes (and frequently the times when I shouldn’t be awake). As an Irishman living in London with an American wife our holidays are spent exploring our homelands and visiting friends and family on both sides of the globe.
Prior to joining DMW in early 2011 I spent over ten years with PwC Consulting and IBM. During this time I worked primarily in the area of technical delivery and project management with extensive exposure to environment delivery and management. I have been fortunate to have worked with some of the UK’s leading organisations across utilities, media, local and national government, financial services and retail delivering solutions to complex business and technical problems.
