I am a project manager specializing in the delivery of complex technical projects, particularly software development, in multi-cultural, global, organisations. Being three-quarters Scandinavian and having lived abroad for most of my childhood probably helps…
Most recently I have been helping one of our clients optimize their organisation structure to drive out efficiency savings. Other recent projects include: Operations Director for the internal functions of a top 10 FTSE company driving improvements in Service Delivery, a data centre migration for a trading environment, and project managing an upgrade to a commercial bank’s internet banking platform. My solid background in architecture helps me with my deliveries, especially since I defined the architecture that underpins Singapore’s de-regulated electricity industry.
Outside of work, my three children keep me active. They are at the age where they can give most things a ”go” and before too long I’m sure they’ll be beating me in our more competitive pursuits.
I joined DMW in early 2004, having previously spent time with Logica, Cambridge Technology Partners and PA Consulting. Graduating from Emmanuel College, Cambridge in 1990 with an Honours Degree in Electrical and Information Sciences. I have subsequently gained PRINCE2 practitioner, PMI and ITIL Foundation qualifications
