Daniel Webb

I am a Programme Manager who brings the experience and calm approach to deliver the biggest and most challenging technology programmes.

My experience is broad and varied, having worked in industries as diverse as media & entertainment, oil & gas, financial services and even a stint looking at the technology behind lotteries and gaming. My background is technical and my career has included periods as a business analyst, a developer, a system administrator and a technical architect. More recently I have specialised in the project and programme management of large, complex systems implementations, often with heavy business change aspects.

Recent programmes I have led include a strategic transformation of an organisation’s data & analytics capabilities, an outsourcing model redesign and re-procurement and a HR systems implementation.

Outside of work, other than time with my wife and three young children, I’m never happier than when I’m found out on my bicycle, be it on the road, in the mountains or even taking my life in my hands through the London traffic.

Previous experience

Before joining DMW, I spent three years as a Programme Manager at the Financial Conduct Authority. Previous to that, I spent over twelve years working as a consultant for IBM Global Business Services. I have a first-class degree in Genetics from University of Cambridge.
