I drive technology transformation, responsible for ensuring business benefits are unlocked by delivery of the underpinning technology.

With 20 years consulting and TMT industry experience, I’ve managed a range of application and infrastructure deliveries, sourcing, operating model redesigns, assurance, and cost transformation projects.

Recently I led the development and roll-out of an ITSM service desk replacement at BT’s global customer services unit, for 2,500 agents around the world.  This enabled a more flexible, lower cost, call-centre operating model to be implemented.

I’ve a keen interest in new product development and innovation efficiency, and the effective control of large programmes through a practical approach to Programme and Project Management (PPM).

In my spare time I’m training for my first triathlon, and enjoy taking the occasional black & white architecture photograph.

Previous experience

Prior to joining DMW I worked with BT’s cost transformation team for six years, while my technology delivery experience began with seven years at Deloitte, in the Technology Infrastructure practice.  In-between, I managed the UK arm of a disruptive telco start-up which launched and operated the Tesco Internet Phone service for five years.   I hold an MEng in Electrical and Information Sciences from Cambridge University.
