Background

I joined DMW in August 2019, following ten years at Accenture. I started out as an intern and eventually went on to become a Senior Manager within Infrastructure Consulting. I worked on a wide range of clients across Financial Services, Energy and Comms Media & Technology, with a focus on workplace & cloud technology. My introduction to the world of technology was gradual, having studied Geography at Cambridge University, but I am now a full convert.

My experience at DMW so far has been a rich one. I have been working on a cutting-edge collaboration with Google Cloud at a major UK retail bank.

Outside of work, you will usually find me sailing, skiing, taking part in triathlons or occasionally playing a terrible round of golf.

Skillset

I pride myself on a consistent track record of delivery excellence in large-scale, complex business transformations, providing a bridge between technical delivery and business change.

I am a broad technologist with extensive experience managing diverse, multi-supplier teams in a wide range of industries.

I enjoy working with people, and my strengths in building relationships, managing stakeholders and tackling complex challenges help contribute to the full lifecycle of an engagement, from sales origination through to programme delivery.

Career Highlights

I recently led a programme delivering a cloud-based device management solution for a major Irish retail bank, which unlocked the bank’s ability to manage a remote workforce on modernised devices with greater security. As the bank’s flagship cloud programme for workplace technology, numerous legacy-based hurdles were overcome with great difficulty, and amongst a highly politicised and challenging multi-supplier environment. Little did we know just how timely the implementation was, with COVID enforcing remote working just nine months later!
