Helping our customers harness the power of cloud

We’re delighted to boost our cloud computing credentials with the announcement that we are now a Standard Consulting Partner in the AWS Partner Network (APN).

Becoming an APN Consulting Partner is a recognition of the growing number of AWS (Amazon Web Services) certified or accredited consultants – now around a third of the firm and growing.

Our focus on cloud computing is in direct response to our client demands. We’re finding that, while innovative organisations are embracing cloud technologies, they don’t always have a clear cloud strategy and roadmap, or are experiencing greater than expected costs. By ensuring that any cloud initiatives are strategic and justified, and by designing and implementing cloud-native solutions, we can typically save clients 30% on their cloud spend.

As trusted advisors it is important that we retain our independence, so we can give our clients the best, vendor-agnostic advice to suit their business needs. We see this achievement as part of our growth journey; developing our relationships with a number of leading vendors enhances the service our clients have grown to expect from us.

DMW Group CEO, Chris Dean, added: “It’s great to formalise our relationship with the largest vendor in a fast growing area of our business: cloud computing. This is an excellent recognition of the deep expertise of our people and the huge benefits they bring to our clients across the Financial Services, Energy and Public Sectors on AWS.”
