IT Strategy

DMW led the development of an IT strategy for London’s leading taxi firm with ambitious plans to grow within the UK and globally.  We worked with their team to analyse the IT implications of the new business strategy and to assess their existing systems.

Our work helped to agree the priorities, costs and roadmap for a series of that supported Addison Lee’s aggressive growth plans and its drive to improve further its customer-facing and back-end systems.
