Completion of User Acceptance Testing is only a stage in putting new infrastructure live. Our transition management service ensures that any infrastructure put live can be supported once in live operation.
Fundamental to this is ensuring that:
- Any infrastructure meets necessary minimum data centre standards
- An appropriate support organisation is engaged and trained
- A monitoring framework is available to automate event notification
