There’s no substitute for experience in planning and execution. Our programme and project managers typically have over ten years’ delivery experience, and usually plan and manage projects of between six and eighteen months’ duration with budgetary accountability up to £100m.
Our experience spans system development, IT infrastructure, business process re-design and transition management.
All our consultants are PRINCE2 accredited, and a number are trained in other programme and project management methodologies; however, we believe that great project managers need more than a methodology training course to be successful. Our approach is to understand both the business requirements and the solution in depth so that we can anticipate problems and drive progress rather than just track it.
