Service Transition of an ERP System
DMW supported delivery of a European SAP Competence Centre, leading definition of the IT Service Delivery function, for this global document management company. This project included:
- ITIL v3 process design
- Organisation design
- Operational acceptance
- Compliance
- Disaster Recovery.
DMW went on to support a global data centre migration programme, leading high-level planning for migration of the client’s strategic SAP platform. We have since moved on to manage a number of technical delivery projects which are critical dependencies for data centre migration.
