We have full life-cycle implementation experience on a global, pan-European and local scale in a wide variety of industries with a number of different vendors.  Our expertise covers programme management, enterprise and systems architecture, business process transformation and application integration using a variety of technologies.  We believe these areas provide the most added-value to our clients and are the areas that carry most risk and require strong expertise and significant experience.

More recently, we have been engaged on a number of  “project rescue” programmes to recover troubled deliveries, often working with incumbent and new suppliers to get the ERP implementation back-on-track and ensure delivery.
