Improving the operation of IT services
DMW was engaged by the CAA to investigate ways to improve the operation of its IT services. Our initial work involved:
- Developing an IT Operations Strategy
- The design and implementation of a number of IT infrastructure upgrades
- Improvements of the internal IT operations service
- Streamlining the IT service ahead of a procurement exercise to assess outsourcing
We then went on to outsource a number IT functions making significant savings for the Authority.
