Upon completion of my honours degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Nottingham I began a seven year tenure with Accenture. This provided me with broad experience across project management, system implementation, service improvement and technical design.
Whilst gaining invaluable insight across the industry I felt I wanted to maintain a strong focus on client delivery rather than follow the classic consulting career model associated with the larger consultancies. Among other advantages this is why progressing my career with DMW appealed to me.
Since joining late-Autumn 2009, I have found that the company’s flat organisational structure and minimal bureaucracy allows me the freedom to explore my entrepreneurial side. I also feel able to strengthen, develop and influence the company's direction, as well as giving me the opportunity to develop in a host of new and exciting ways.
