Matt Pockson
Managing Consultant
Matt is a Managing Consultant with the DMW Group. He graduated from The University of Hull with a degree in Business Studies before joining PwC Consulting in 1999, IBM in 2002 and the DMW Group in 2010.
Matt is an experienced technical delivery manager, with an application development background and more recent experiences of managing multiple successful delivery teams. He has specific expertise in managing large technical teams in both a project and functional environment within the applications development domain, standards definition, delivery process method selection and adoption, and defining estimating best practices for complex delivery. He has significant experience of producing and reviewing estimates for large scale custom development projects and running training sessions for lead estimators in this field.
Matt is currently project manager responsible for programme planning definition, implementation and best practices of an ERP implementation for a major UK based infrastructure services organisation.
