Martin Yapp
Client Services Director
Martin specialises in the programme management of global and pan-european business transformation projects and has led many multi-country engagements across the entire programme lifecycle. He has both broad and deep skills in ERP on a number of different platforms and is particularly knowledgeable across the whole of Oracle’s E-Business Suite applications. A key differentiator is Martin’s unique ability to understand and analyse the client’s business rapidly, in order to produce optimised processes balancing the true business needs against the constraints of the ERP system and the delivery capability of the IT department.
Martin graduated with a 1st Class Honours degree in Management Science with Computing. Prior to joining the DMW Group at the start of 2007, Martin spent 12 years with KPMG Consulting (latterly becoming Atos KPMG Consulting and Atos Origin).
