One of the areas I have been most impressed with at DMW is the determination to do the right thing for the client and the emphasis on developing long-term relationships.  This approach has enabled our consultants to not only be trusted advisors, but to often work "client-side" managing other consultancies.  This provides both a wide variety of work and the day-to-day fresh challenges and rewards that consultants strive to achieve.
 
Socially, the regular, informal meetings and frequent activities mean we get to know each other very well.  Within 3 months of joining I had met every individual in the firm and knew every detail about DMW's history and the plans for the future.  I am looking forward to the challenges ahead and helping shape the organisation as it grows.

I joined DMW at the start of 2007 after spending 12 years with KPMG and Atos Origin.  I really enjoyed working in those organisations but wanted more freedom to develop my career without the constraints I was beginning to feel from working in a larger organisation.
 
I have found the DMW model of consulting very rewarding. It offers me the right blend of freedom and accountability to develop business areas that interest me and to manage accounts as I feel appropriate - but always in the knowledge that I have a supportive organisation behind me.  DMW actively encourages all individuals to contribute to the running of the firm itself, and I have responsibility for sales delivery and account management.
