Joy Matthews
Office Manager
Joy coordinates the DMW office day to day. She manages the recruitment of permanent staff and all associated HR and training requirements as well as providing administrative support to the management team. Additionally Joy is in charge of all DMW’s corporate events – from internal strategy/away days though to client events.
Joy graduated from Loughborough University in 1998 with a BSc Honours in Politics. Her early career was in agency recruitment and latterly she worked in HR for Rabobank and Deloitte. Joy joined the DMW Group in 2005.
