David Elwen
Director
David is a senior infrastructure programme manager, with experience of both development and operational roles.
After leaving the University of Kent with a degree in economics, David worked for Racal Electronics and spent nine years with the Management Consultancy division of Coopers & Lybrand where he led a telecommunications and technology consultancy group.
He joined DMW in 1994, becoming a board member in 1995.
David has wide-ranging experience of dealing with the development, management and operational issues presented by information systems and communications networks. He has particular experience in the financial services industry.
